I updated my app locally and the main file is no longer the same, but I can't choose a new main file in Plotly Cloud.

It's not currently possible to change the main file for an app that is already published to Plotly Cloud. If you reorganized your app files such that the main file (the file that contains the Dash app definition) has changed, you'll need to create a new app.
