My app has the "App limit reached" status. What does this mean?

"App limit reached" means that your app is unable to run because you have reached the maximum amount of concurrent running apps allowed by your plan. You can view your concurrent running app limit on the Billing page (select your name in the bottom left and then select Billing).
To run an app that is in "App limit reached" status, you have a few options:
Stop a different app that is currently running, and then start the app in "App limit reached" status.
Increase your concurrent running app limit by upgrading your plan, and then start the app in "App limit reached" status.
