My app logs say "Shutting down: Master" but I didn't do anything. What happened?

If you have not stopped your app but its runtime logs display "Shutting down: Master," this indicates one of two things:
Plotly Cloud has optimized the resources available to your app. You should see a line "Starting gunicorn" a few seconds after "Shutting down: Master." This behavior is part of Plotly Cloud's automated checks.
Your app has gone to sleep because nobody has used it for some time. When somebody does, it'll wake back up.
