Support for OpenRouter BYOK

Rather than writing an integration to every provider ourselves, we can use a middleware like Openrouter. With an openrouter key, users can pick any supported Openrouter models to use with different features across the product. Many users will likely use our default suggestions, but some may want to follow the cutting edge and try out different models for their use cases.
