Dash: Figma Design System

Ag Grid offers a design system for applications using their grid: https://www.ag-grid.com/react-data-grid/ag-grid-design-system/?ref=blog.ag-grid.com

This means that designers can provide devs with mocks that align with the product they're using, reducing development time and keeping better expectations\/delivery between mocks and results. This is something we could introduce for Dash, Dash Design Kit, and possibly even App Studio.
